    • Annual dividend of more than N4 billion Naira per annum for six communities.
  • Annual MOU budget allocation of more than N 100 million Naira for sustainable community development Projects.
  • Scholarship for Human Capacity Building amongst Indigene.
  • Micro Credit Finance : special drive for women
  • Employment Generation: special focus on Indigenes. 23% of total workforce under direct rolls of the company are indigenes.
  • Entrepreneurship Building:  more than 10,000 contract jobs have been carried out by Nigerian Entrepreneurs. This constitutes 97% of total entrepreneurs.
  • Youth Skill Development Programs: Construction of ICT under Progress.
  • Unity Football Tournament for Youth.

Sustainable Community Development Projects

Agbonchia Community Construction of Road Clearing with grading of 6.5 KM access roads and extending of lighting poles to new developing areas in Agbonchia Community.
Okerewa Community Electricity Project Hook up to 33 KVA line, Installation of 500 KVA transformer and running of one (1) KM low tension line within the community.
Njuru Community Electricity Project Installation of 500 KVA Transformers.
Akpajo Community Electricity Project Installation of 500 KVA Transformer
Elelenewo Community Construction of Road Clearing, Grading and Widening of 3.72 KM road.
Aleto Community Building of School Building of Aleto Community School
Eleme Local Government Area Renovation of Government Hospital Renovation of Hospital building, living quarters and up gradation of few medical types of equipment.
Eleme Local Government Area Construction of Computer Center Computer training centre for youths of Eleme (under progress)
