The Company’s HR Policies are designed and implemented to achieve this very objective.

The company believes that happy and satisfied employees are much more productive than unengaged ones. Human Resources

Indorama strongly believes in acquiring, nurturing and retaining the best talents and skills for its operations irrespective of nationality, colour, creed, race, language and culture. The company has employed around 27000 staff of 15 different nationalities in all its operations world-wide. In line with the Group philosophy, IEPL has employed around 1200 staff of different nationalities and ethnic groups of Nigeria.

IEPL, through various employee and organizational development initiatives and programs, has been consistently putting efforts in building “One Indorama Family” and “Team Indorama” orientation, in spite of all the diversities amongst the staff. The staff are continuously equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in order to add value to their jobs. The attrition rate of less than five percent over the past several years is a testimony to the company’s commitment to its human resources.
